Robotics Club

Led by Shannon Dudley

Meets on Fridays from 2:30-4:30 pm in C104.

The Robotics Club meets once a week, where students work together to design, build, and program a robot for the VEX IQ Robotics Competition put on by GoTEC. With guidance from coaches and mentors, club members explore circuitry, coding, and mechanical engineering—then put their creation to the test in friendly matches. Students will also compete in an official middle school robotics competition held at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (ILAR) for schools in the surrounding area in the spring. It’s a hands-on, fun way to learn STEM skills, teamwork, and problem-solving, all while preparing for competition season.
